But this cushion is not only decorative thanks to its designer look: compact, it slips easily into the hollow of your back to help you keep your back straight and a good sitting position. The Knit Ball cushion comes in two different sizes: medium (diameter approximately 20 cm) and large (diameter approximately 26 cm). The larger one was designed for contemporary sofas whose seat is often too deep to wedge your back. To store them, place the small one on the large one, and you will see a fun creature appear that looks like a cartoon robot!
We have selected the best threads for good durability and ease of maintenance. They have a thick and anti-pilling structure. Because nothing is more annoying than these little balls of fibers that appear on crocheted objects (piling) over time. The Ultima Thulé Knit Ball cushion is made of an Aran yarn made from lightweight and hypoallergenic Premium acrylic, specially developed to make decorative objects. Its appearance is clean, smooth, elegant, and it catches the light wonderfully. It is very easy to maintain and is available in a wide range of colors. The interior filling is a polyester that is good resistance to washing and hypoallergenic. Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle, preferably in a simple cotton protective bag, max 30°C / Dry flat in a ventilated place.
The manufacture of these cushions is reserved for local artisans, in Les Landes (French region). A way for us to also support local activities by sourcing in a very short circuit.
